A Feel free to buy on line! VIGOR STORE offers to all its costumers the chance to replace or give back the purchased products within ten (10) days from delivery of ordered goods, giving the possibility of thinking about

Within ten (10) days from delivery it's possible to replace the product with a different one or to give it back and ask for refund. Only unused and not worn articles, well preserved in their wrapping are accepted. Send back the articles together with the copy of the shipping list through ordinary package to the following address:

Keep the shipping list and the postal receipt of the returned package for any clarifications. You will receive the refund through Postal Service with a check equivalent to the value of the returned goods.In case of payment by Credit Card the refund will be credited on your Card.

The postal expenses for returned goods are charged to the client, unless the return is due to our expedition's fault.The fixed contribution and labeling law are not refunded.

In case of replacement send us a note using the CONTACT area (select the category: replacing products). In the note write name, second name, your order number, the product to replace and the product you want instead. VIGOR team will take care to inform you about the avaibility of the product, possible differences in price and the modalities for returning of the previously ordered product.

You will receive the goods change within ten (10) days from the receiving of the returned goods. The expedition will be free.
